About Garrick
Garrick grew up Westby WI on a dairy farm and has lived in Westby for most of his life. He graduated from UWL with a Marketing degree. He has been a licensed agent since 2014 and started Nexthome Prime Real Estate in 2019 with an office in Westby. Nexthome Prime Real Estate has continued to grow and has opened an office in Hillsboro WI in 2021, and Mesa Arizona in 2022. Garrick is licensed in Wisconsin, Arizona, and Minnesota.
Garrick is also a licensed Auctioneer and can do real estate auctions or sell your personal property along with selling your house. He sells residential houses, vacant land including recreational and farmland, and also commercial properties.
Garrick is an expert in the local market and stays up-to-date on the latest trends and developments. He will always be willing to go the extra mile to ensure that his clients are satisfied with their real estate transactions. Garrick is known for his strong negotiation skills and his ability to get his clients the best possible price for their property.

Garrick is involved in his community having previously served on the Vernon County Board, Westby Chamber, and Church Council and currently serving on the 7 River Alliance and Snowflake Ski Club boards.
